Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command. I would use the ban command when a player who has been hacking, got banned, then got unbanned and still keeps hacking. Or when a player constantly Mass RDMs and leaves to avoid punishment (LTAP), not caring about the rules at all, keeps going after several slays and warnings.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would check that how long they have been banned, and if they haven't been banned for atleast 2 weeks, i would refuse the appeal. If they had more than 2 weeks of time to think about what they did, i would ask a few other staff members opinion, and then i would give him another chance. On my opinion cheating is not tolerated at all, but everyone deserves a second chance.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words). I applied for admin last week, knew i wouldn't get it, but after some time of thinking, i decided to apply again. I have been a mod for 3 weeks now, enjoyed it, and i'm sure i would enjoy it even more as an admin. This week was a pretty lazy one, wasn't online at TTT that much, mainly the reason is i lost my motivation, and i started playing at SSRP. Now that I found my motivation again, i'll gladly balance the time between SSRP and TTT, TTT coming as number 1 priority, ofcourse. Even with alot of new staff added, there's times when at night (+2 GMT) there simply is no staff online and people always message me to come online, since no other staff are to be seen. I enjoy the nightly sessions there, because i know that i'm doing a good and dedicated job as the only staff member online. In shortly, why should i be promoted? I've worked for it, and i deserve it.
