Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command = A guy is mass RDMing with aimbot hacks, i check if he is hacking with the anticheat command and if he is, i will say stop, if he continues and then leaves i will perma ban him with proof

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would talk to them on TS with a SA or higher and show them proof of the reason to ban the, see if they are responsible for what they have done, and they have learnt their lesson, A SA will go through with them the rules and not to hack again and give them a trail run, if they don't do anything wrong within a set period of time, they will be fine, if they continue to hack they with be permanent banned and not be able to appeal

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words). I am a very active staff member. I am very respectful to any other players and i follow the rules and best as i can even if people think i am in the wrong.I feel like i can make the server better as a admin because,I will be able to ban if their is any hackers, i will have proof before doing so, i will be able to jail any mass RDMers so they cant RDM before i warn and slay them.

Your application seems rushed and lacks detail in some of the key areas. You also said JADgaming wrote: ...i handle the reports like they should and i treat everyone equal as possible.
