Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time
I would ask them to do the command !spectate, After that I would show them and tell them that you need to understand how to use the a and d keys to surf and if you were singing on wave in another game.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would ask them to first stop within chat or voice if they then carry on with it they will have a temp !gag. if anyone after the ungag happens there ill be theather punishments given if needed.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would have to warn them for exploiting and also have it noticed by a higher up member of the staff team possibly a admin if a ltm member can be contacted, but as a Ltm member I think I will not need to worry about that.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I believe I should be chosen as a member of the surf staff team as I am already a member of the lead team and I am a very active member overall. I think that with me on the staff team will be a great addition as I have already helped in the beta of the server before public release, And I have also helped out with plugins on the server with the fact of the new jukebox being added thanks to me. In the end I would be a lad to be on the surf team.

Extra Information: Luan is a great lua coder.

Active and sometimes helpful but over reacts over almost anything meaning he doesn't let people explain their part of any story which is ignorant also sometimes he thinks that he is always right which ends up in making him abuse his powers but anyways that's on SSRP so I don't know what he will do in SURF so I will have to go with a Neutral.
