Explain "Random Death Match" : Random Death Match,RDM, it's in the name. When someone kills another person for no reason and without any RP merit. Scenario: Guy1;

*shotgun blasts guy1 in the face 6 times and 3 police get collateral'd as well*
Explain "New Life Rule" : New Life Rule,NLR, That is when a player dies and is supposed to forget the events of his past life. This is the most often broken rule on the entire server. Seems like nobody follows this rule. Scenario: guy1:
'wow cant believe he killed me' *goes back to where he died* guy1;
"Fuck you blaze you sack of shit" *Multiple Explosions etc. etc.* This and RDM go hand in hand and make a server really boring and frustrating very quickly.
Explain "Metagaming" : Basically using exploits and using knowledge that your character shouldn't know per NLR. Scenario; Guy1 tries the front door but gets fucked, but also notices the backdoor is unprotected. 5 minutes later guy breeches backdoor to victory.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first consider the reputation of Y then I would put an advert in chat inquiring if anyone saw or had a similar experience with player Y.
If I wasn't 100% sure then I would watch Y more closely, alot of false reports and bs because of rage. If it were confirmed that he RDM then I would tell Y to quit wasting everyone's time and just be respectful of the other players and respect the other player's Roleplay or get penalized. I would prefer a more hardline approach to this issue as it is extremely common. That would decrease quantity of players but increase quality, but that is just my personal opinion. How lax the server is, that's up to you guys. My question is; when it's 5am and there's 5 guys and they are all RDMing and having a good time, should it be punished? I think after about 11am we need to start cleaning up. Just my opinion.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Depends on the location and the way in which X died. If Y left spawn and hauled ass across the map and sniped X then yeah thats breaking NLR. If he hit the guy with a Blazer in spawn then maybe not. This is just common sense, if he was retaliating the that breaks NLR. Did they change jobs to make it RP acceptable? Just gather as much info as you can and make a decision. Common sense.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'd check it out and if they were doing it 100% legit then X is on his own. If he has a "building" sign outside and they raid anyway then I would put a stop to it and replace anything that was lost. Tell those raiders to find someone else to fool with and they can return in 20 minutes, or whenever he removes the sign, whichever comes first.
Why I should be chosen?.
I am applying to come to the aid of Sever 3 specifically. Server 3 is excellent for about 85% of the time but the other 15% it's a DM server with RP flavoring. The admins and mods simply AFK at the mine but the server really needs someone actively playing and watching it. This sever is the funnest DarkRP server I've ever played and I really am glad that it exists. There are alot of jokers on this server and Spawn is always a shitshow. The RP when people are actually participating is excellent. This server always has a laid back feel and if that changed I would be very sad, but there are people who take advantage of that and make the server condensed cancer. Those are the problems that this server faces and I don't think it would take much to make this server "Server 3" the best SSRP server around, no joke.
I'm respectful and considerate and I know when it's appropriate to be stern but at the same time I'm not an asshole. I have friends on this server and you can be sure they will not get special treatment. You may have noticed that I do not have as many hours as some other people who have applied, that is a fair observation, I can say 100% right now that I intend on spending much more time on the server, mod or not. I hope you all understand the delicate ecosystem of this server and that preserving it is essential to keeping it as fun as it is now. I simply think that the RDM at spawn should be cut down and the players encouraged to find action through acceptable RP means;
For instance I could drag "xXRDMXx" out of spawn and sit down with him and say "dude you can have as much action as you want and as much money as you want too, make a base, put down a printer, go picklock a car and scrap it, kick down some asshole's door, shakedown a hobo, whatever, don't camp spawn like a chump there is so much fun to be had with the RP aspect." I have the patience to sit down and convince some guy, that would otherwise be kicked, that he can be a part of the fun in a productive and meaningful way.
The playerbase is healthy and the server is rarely empty for long periods of time that is because this server is FUN. That's why I should be chosen to be a moderator, because I love this server and I respect it and it's playerbase and I just want to make it that much better. I have the patience to give this server the time it deserves. I think you should give me a shot,make me a limited mod, whatever. I want to help. I hope give me a shot even though it looks like I'm just some jaggoff.
Also I wanted to note that the mods that are already assigned to the server EG; Sinisters Grin, Keith are great and they deserve some kind of reward. They are all so helpful and kind that you accidentally get into a huge group conversation with them. Also when you press f1 and submit a report they are dutiful and very helpful and they never seem annoyed by it PLUS they usually arrive in under 30 minutes which is very impressive. More of the same in this instance is nothing but good. The mods and admins that are already there are a big reason why I am making this post they are inspirational. There are so many assholes in darkRP but this group is different. Anyway If you don't chose me I hope you choose someone who will take example of the team already in place.
