First of all I would tell them when you jump onto the ramp , If you are on the right side on the ramp you hold your key to go left (Hold A). If you are on the left side of the ramp (Hold D) to go right into the ramp to stay on it. Also I would tell the player how to spectate other users on the server to see what they are doing and it might help them to understand surf. After telling the player how to surf I would link them to the video to help them even more and explain it to them.
Firstly I would ask the player to stop the Text/Mic Spamming to stop spamming. If the user continues to abuse the Mic or Text I will mute them and explain to them why they have been muted. If after their punishment they still continue to Mic/Text Spam I will warned them and mute them again. If they are still continuing this action I will contact a higher staff member like a Admin+ to ban the Player for a day or two.
If a Player on Surf starts to use a Exploit on the server , I will firstly give the player a verbal warning for the exploit and explain to him that he is not allowed to use exploits on the server. If the player continues to use this exploit I would warn him for the exploit. If for some reason the Player continues to abuse the exploit I would get a higher staff member like a Admin+ to ban the player abusing the exploit.
WhyIshouldbechosen(werecommendaround75words):
The reason I should be chosen is because I am dedicated to this community. I will be on the server mostly everyday when possible. I enjoy playing surf as it is a nice calm server to play on. As I am quite new to surf I'm still learning but I will hopefully become really good one day. I love to help users around the server or even helping out other staff members on the Surf Server. I am also trusted with powers as I am a SSRP Administrator. I also find it fun sorting out peoples problems or issues in between SSRP and Surf.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SURF! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game attitude are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
Congratulations!
The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP SURF staff team.
Before you get started, a staff member will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank.
There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server every Friday at 8PM GMT, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.
