Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match RDM It is when you kill someone or multiple people without a valid Roleplay reason.
Scenario
Player A is walking down the street Player B comes up to him and then shoot Player A in the face.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
you come back to the same district you were killed in, within the NLR timer. Which is 3 minutes.
Player A Mug Player B dont give money and player A kill him. Player B decides to go back to the district he was killed in and kills Player A.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you give Roleplay information in OOC.
Player A says in OOC "Player B come and help me raid base"
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would tp each of them to a roof top and proceed to ask the accused player why he killed Player A. If he gives a valid Roleplay reason I would ask Player A if he has any video or screenshot proof of Player B RDMing him. If Player A have video,sceenshot proof of Player B RDMing him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would tp to Player A and ask him who is breaking NLR after he tells me I would tp to that player for example Player B. If he has NLR timer and is in that district I would ask him why is he breaking NLR. If he doesn't have NLR timer I would tp Player A and B to a rooftop and ask Player B why he broke NLR. If he says he didn't I would ask him why he killed Player A and if he gives me a valid Roleplay reason I will ask Player A if he has any proof of Player B breaking NLR. If he does I would warn Player B.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would reply in OOC and say that he is breaking MetaGaming and he should stop.
