Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time
I would say "Hi you can slide on walls by clicking a or d depending on if you are on a left wall or a right wall the objective is to get to the end of the map in the quickest time, the more speed you have the better the closer you go to the bottom of the wall the faster you go! i hoped this helped"

If that wasn't clear enough i would then proceed to add them on steam and PM them a link on a surf tutorial on youtube!

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would mute them or gag them for 10 minutes and give them a warn

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
i would first ask them how they did the exploit and after that i would report it to a higher member of staff, i would then ask them to stop exploiting, if they carry on after a warning i would then proceed to warn them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I think i should be chosen because surf is one of my favourite game modes and i have been waiting for a good surf server for ages! i wanted to be staff because as the server is new there will be a lot of players which is a hassle for the small amount of staff there currently are. As well as this i have previously been a mod on a deathrun server (Banshee Gaming) and i am currently admin on TTT so i can be trusted with commands!

I like your personality but your application is a bit off. The way you explain how to surf is a bit off as well as the way you sound like you would treat players. Personally i'd tell you to revise this application and try again some other time, as you only have 2 hours on the server as well. So you shouldn't be applying for moderator yet because you're not even sure if you're going to be loyal to the certain server. I'd suggest 50 hours on the surf surfer before applying, as that is what the lead team asked for im pretty sure.
