Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command. I would use the ban command when a player who has been hacking, got banned, then got unbanned and still keeps hacking. Or when a player constantly Mass RDMs and leaves to avoid punishment (LTAP), not caring about the rules at all, keeps going after several slays and warnings.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would check that how long they have been banned, and if they haven't been banned for atleast 2 weeks, i would refuse the appeal. If they had more than 2 weeks of time to think about what they did, i would ask a few other staff members opinion, and then i would give him another chance. On my opinion cheating is not tolerated at all, but everyone deserves a second chance.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words). I have been a mod for almost 2 weeks (only), and i love it. I've had total of 1 days when i haven't been online at the server for atleast 2 hours. The RDM Manager is pretty broken, but i still do my best to help the people in the server to enjoy their staying there. I am constantly handling reports whenever i can, and i feel like i could do more as an Admin. On the 2 weeks of me being a mod, almost every single night i have been the only staff member online at the server, and i feel that i do a great work as a mod. I would love to help the server even more as being an Admin.
Extra Information: (Not Required) I didn't attend the last sundays meeting, totally forgot about it when i was out with friends, so i know this won't be accepted, but i still ''applied'' cuz i want to see what opinions people have

Very good moderator, strives to do good and if unsure, always asks for help from what I've seen. Also good for a laugh, something you don't get out of staff much these days.

You seemed to have a bit of a temper issue the other day towards a rulebreaker, I'd highly suggest you try not to lose your temper towards these rulebreakers as it is your duty to stop them and if they do continue, that is when you call an admin to ban that person. Other than that, you're a friendly lad and knows his stuff in game so good luck man!

I don't know you personally but from what I can see you happen to be a nice person and you did get a lot of support.

I support you Meep despite this issue but I recommend if you are ever angry with anybody say what ever you like as long as you are not speaking in game, what you say to yourself wont hurt anybody and will let your anger out so just relax a bit bro

You know what your doing,know the rules and handle reports well. The only issue I have is your temper, so if you improved over the week I'd have full support BUT I haven't seen a great enough improvement in attitude to give you full support.
