Estimated Server Time On gametracker it claims that I have about 90 hours, whereas I know that it has not counted all my hours, for example 2 or 3 days ago I spent around an hour just making drugs while watching a film and for whatever reason it did not count this time. If I had to guess a time I would say I have around 100 ish hours.

Languages I speak: I only speak English. I do however know quite a few coding languages.


Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match ( RDM ) is where someone will kill another player for no roleplay reason and is generally done because they dislike the player. An example would be that player A walks over to player B, player A then proceeds to kill player B and walks off as if nothing happened. This is RDM as there was no prior engagement and no real reason to kill player B.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The new life rule ( NLR ) is where a player returns to their point of death and still roleplays as if they are in their past life. Generally when someone breaks NLR it is to come and revenge RDM another user who killed them in their past raid or to stop a raid that is going on. An example of this would be that player B is getting raided by player A. Player A kills player B at their base in the industrial district and therefore player B can not go back to the industrial district for 3 minutes. Player B then breaks NLR and proceeds to enter the industrial district to try and counter raid player A.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where a player will display information he received from outside of roleplay situations, the information can come from various sources. For example, you could be in a skype and over hear that they are about to rob the bank as a police officer. A friend could message you on steam asking for help as they are being mugged nearby or even someone saying they are getting mugged at a location in out of character ( OOC ) chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
To begin I would start by asking both players for their sides of the story to establish a starting point. From this point I can then get a picture of roughly what happened and then if the stories they both say are very different from one another, I would see if either of the players had evidence. If they did not have evidence and I could not prove that either one of them was telling the truth then I would have to let the sit finish as I would prefer to not give out warnings unless I know for a fact it is a justifiable warn.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
To begin with the sit I would ask for what they both saw from their perspectives and which districts both kills occurred. When they both explain their situations I can then decide whether or not I believe it was NLR or they were in completely separate areas and the situation had nothing to do with the prior life. However if their stories do not add on and neither of the players have any evidence, I will end the sit and return the players to their players to their original location.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would begin by telling the user that he should not metagame and to please refrain from doing this in the future. If this continued I would bring the player into a sit and explain to him that he can’t talk about roleplay related situations in OOC. If it pursues after the sit then I would warn the player as he has had sufficient warnings to stop meta gaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe that because I can be so active, I am going to be a good candidate to be staff. Out of the 900 hours, I spent around 600 hours as staff on duty on a server called ‘FamousRP’. I spent this amount of time as Staff On Duty because I enjoyed being a staff member helping others more than I enjoyed being a Thief or drug dealer. From this experience I believe I can easily fit into your staff team as in my opinion I have a good knowledge of the rules, it has also taught me how to keep my composure during frustrating sits. Within the 100 ish hours Ive got on the server the lack of warnings show I have a good understanding of the rules and can easily re-read any rules I need. I can record the last 20 minutes of my gameplay ( Shadowplay ) which can be used as evidence for whenever it is needed and has already sorted out quite a few of the sits I’ve been in to either prove my innocence or to show the rule breakers. Another important reason for why I should be staff is because of how devoted to the server I can be, with me being 17 and in college I am only at college for 3 days a week. I can spend most of my time on a Tuesday and Wednesday doing moderator duties ( Not going to be able to do 16 hours a day as need driving lessons in this time. ) With my age comes maturity as well and I can bring am very unbiased in sits.

Seem decently mature and I like your personality. Although, your play time could be a little better, and I see that you're not very active, as in that you don't spend many hours at a time. I feel like you would be a good candidate for the job, though! Good luck!
