What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Where someone is dead and they give information to aid his/her teammates who are still alive.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I would give them a warn first . Then a second . Then a third but tell them 1 more time and they will be muted for so long depending on how severe their language is.

I want to be chosen because I know I have what it takes to be a member of staff on a server. I used to run a few servers on different games and I have played for hours upon end on ZARP and I feel it is right to apply for this.
I am a 13 year old I playes on a PC for about 3-4 hrs after school and on the weekends I am allways avalable! my peers tell me I would make a great staff member because i'm kind , fun and overall a great person. I also enjoy playing ZARP servers unlike others , I actually want to become a staff member not for the benifits or the boasting rights , but to make the server a better place and a enjoyable place to play on.
As I said , I have what it takes to become a staff member!

To me it looks like you have only came back on the server today for 0 minutes? i dunno if thats bugged but you haven't played in the last 30 days so i have no idea why your applying ive never seen you in game either :/

Only reason I aint been on cos stuff has happenend recently that I couldnt avoid

There are not a lot of details added to this like and example of where you'd see ghosting and they way you'd handle a disrespectful player seems odd but everyone handles things in their own way to me this app look not to mention you have not got the required minimum hours nor at least 2 weeks of constant activity.

Sorry but I'm agree with Micky. You have to play 2 weeks before. Add example for ghosting part. Give him first verbal warning and after he do it again warn him and gag/mute. After you can call an admin. In my opinion you need to wait 1-2 weeks and edit your app.
