Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
Player is hacking/ exploiting, breaking rules after warnings, mass RDM or LTAP and harassing other players.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would look at their appeal and if they have not waited at least 5 days or so then I would not unban them because they have not waited a sufficient amount of time for them to really understand why they were banned and so they know the consequences.After 5 days or more I would consider unbanning because this was enough time for them to realize the consequences and not cheat again.IT also depends on the amount of bans the player has and the reasons for those bans, if they have more than two or three then I would not unban them because they have clearly not learned their lesson.
[Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).]:

Since I have became a moderator I have tried my hardest to reduce things like RDM, micspam, chatspam etc. and I feel like I have great playtime and i also play at times when there are no other staff members around because i am in a very different time zone and i also play a lot in the mornings.I have been in situations where there are only moderators on and while we can warn people we have to wait 3 times before the player is banned and that is only for an hour,we can kick people but I think that that is not as effective as they can just join the server and continue hacking or RDMing while I am gone. I think that, if I was promoted to Admin I could make ZARP an even more of a fun and friendly community and make sure that people who break the rules are stopped and things like hacking is something that people will never have to deal with again. I would also make sure that people who continue to RDM and cheat will be dealt with . I think while I have been moderator I have gained the knowledge of the game and I think I am ready for the promotion.

Terrible mod, should probably be demoted if anything. Honestly, I don't see how he even got Moderator in the first place. Worst Mod, terrible at the game. Just ban him already.
