Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time
I would let them spectate me then well start off. First I would tell them how to stay on the ramp using A & D.
I will then let them try to stay on the ramp, if they fail I will help, if they can stay on it then we will move on. Next I will tell them how to move on the ramp. What the player can do is use A or D on the ramp to gain speed and move further. If they proceed, I will then finally teach them how to control their movement while in the air. Finally, the player should know the basics of surfing!

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
If somebody was spamming, I would definently try to talk to them. If they do not cooperate they will be muted for 1minute. If they proceed to spam the next shall be longer / a warn.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
If someone was exploiting I would tell them to not exploit and if they keep exploiting I will warn them. If they do not stop I will kick them for exploiting as a second offense.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I should be chosen because I can help out the start of the surf server until we get new staff on it. I want to help on this new server because Id like to get back into surfing. I have experience with moderating on SSRP and I know how to handle a situation. I can calm people down or just talk to them. Im a kind person and I like to talk to people. I hope I can be considered for the position!

Why are you applying for a server thats not even out? You may "Like surf" but its not needed to apply before its out, just apply when it comes out.

What you saying is unfair. Anna had the password to the server niko diddnt. It should not give her a higher advantage over some one who diddnt as we wont count her game time she played before the server opened

She will be treated equally to any one who could not play
