▼ Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time ▼

Learning to surf for the first time is pretty hard, I remember I myself didn't get it when someone tried to explain it to me but when I watched a video on youtube explaining how to surf on Garry's Mod I got the hang of it. I could not find the video I watched back in the time but I've found this good tuturial made by SurfKultur, if a new player joins and doesn't know how to surf I would redirect them to this video which would show them exactly how do it!

At first I would ask them to stop. If they continue to do it I would Gag / Mute them for 5 minutes, If they wont stop I would extend the time and possibly give a warning for it.

▼ Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server ▼

At first I would have to ask a lead team member of the surf server if the action that someone did was actually an exploit because I am not familier with the known exploits that are on the Surf server. If what that someone did was indeed an exploit I would explain it to them and tell them not to do it again, If he does it again I will have to warn him.

▼ Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words) ▼

I am a mature, responsible, calm & friendly player, I spend a lot of time in the Zarp Community whether it's in the forums or in the servers. My skills in surf are not the best but that shouldn't be something that will hurt my efficincy as a moderator. I'm a good "people - person" I know how interact with other players and make them enjoy their time in the server. I'm already trusted in the community with 2 ranks - TTT Admin & SSRP Admin and I'm sure I will only be able to contribute to the surf server! Thank you.
