Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is the rule that says if you die you cant go back to the district that you have died in.
So lets say jimmy is being raided by harry at rich district on server 2 harry kills jimmy during the raid and jimmy respawns then jimmy proceeds to go back to the rich district within 3 minutes to go kill harry to save his printers the moment jimmy enters the rich district with his NLR timer still ticking jimmy would be breaking NLR if harry's lucky harry's allready out of there if not and jimmy kills him harry would need to make a F1 saying jimmy broke NLR
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Its bassicly talking about stuff that needs to be said in group chat or such lets say Jimmy is basing at bank district on server 1 and Garret comes online and Jimmy then proceeds to say in OOC, "Hey garret im basing at bank district come over", or if Jimmy is being raided by Garret, Jimmy then proceeds to say in OOC "Help im being raided by Garret at bank district!" , This would be concisdored Meta-Gaming.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Before tping player y i would ask player x if he has any proof of what happend screenshots/video if he does have some i would review the proof and decide wether player y broke RDM or not but if player x has no proof its going to be a hard sit because without any proof player y would bassicly have to admit to his mistakes
What i would do when there is proof: If there is proof of player y rdming player x and player y is co-operative,appologetic and has no further recent warnings for RDM i would let him off with a verbal warning.But if he has a recent warning(s) and is just straight up lying to me to prevent the warn when there is clear proof i would warn him for the warn that has been broken and add a warn for lying to a staff member aswell.
What i would do when there is no proof or not good enough proof I would firstly ask player x if he wants to go on further with the sit because there's most likely not going to come anything out of it because him not having any proof if he wants to continue with the sit i would tp to player y ask him if he's free to come to the sit then i'd tp him to the roof of the sit and start questioning him asking him why he killed player x and such.If he eventually admits and is verry appologetic for the things he has done and has no other recent warnings for rdm i would let him off with a verbal warn.If he however has a recent warn and is just being really rude to both me and player x i would give him the warn for rdm
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would ask player x if he has any proof of it happening in the same district or not if he has any proof of him killing him in the same district with the NLR timer still ticking showing in the logs i would tp player y and handle it the same way as explained in the situation above i would ask him why he broke NLR and such if he then admits and apologises i would let him off with a verbal warn depending on his record but if he is just being rude during the sit and the proof is good enough to give player y a warn i would do so.
If there is proof of him killing him in another district without any reason however it would be revenge rdm and i would just warn player y because there's just no excuse at all for revenge rdming someone.
If there is no proof of player y being killed or killing player x in the same district i would question player y asking where he died/killed player x if he admits to the rule being broken i would give him a verbal warn if he's not being rude and if he's apologising and such.But if he's being a rude guy like stated in previous situations i would give the guy a warn

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would ask him nicely in OOC to stop metagaming explaining to him that asking that kind off stuff in OOC is considerd Metagaming if he proceeds to do it again after i warned him i'd become a mod on duty and tp to the guy and give him a last verbal warn to stop if he then proceeds to do it ones more i would give him a warning for metagaming.

Well i think i should get another chance as moderator so i could show the community that ive improved since my time of being a mod/admin 1-2 years ago ive matured alot considering the fact i was childish during meetings of TTT and SSRP and i also purchased items with ingame currency and bassicly fucked up a bit more aswell zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/darkrp/50...to-everything#182187 as ive fucked up during my time as staff i never abused my powers though so personnaly i think i could be trusted with the powers that are given to me as staff.Now what i see alot especially late at night when most staff go offline or start afk mining is that all the rulebreakers start going crazy because they can see that there is no staff online wich annoys innocent people like me and others that are just trying to play the game so i thought i could help out again by reapplying.I'd apreciate another chance into the staff team and thank you for reading my application
PS: I know that i have 2 recent warnings because of some "bullshit" richard calls it happend. I got raided by a guy owen harper if i remember correctly and i apparently disrespected him calling him a
a stupid cunt or something like that
so owen asked me in group chat asking me if i called him a
a stupid cunt or something like that
and because he raided me i tried to make a little fun of him saying "it was in character" wich clearly backfired because richard i dont know how saw that as valid proof to give me a warning for lying and gave me a warning for lying to a admin while i was just defending myself because i dident disrespect the guy.But yeah i made a demoted request and a warn dispute but it got denied because i needed to get proof of the sit the day after it happend wich i couldent because i allready closed my garry's mod and my shadowplay only records 5 minutes so thats my side of the story why i have 2 unvallid (in my eyes) warnings
