Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Deathmatch or 'RDM' is when you kill another player with no valid RP reason
Example - Player X kills Player Y because he wouldn't buy from his shop, but he would from the next shop along.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule or 'NLR' is the rule which prevents a player from returning to the district they were killed in for 3 minutes, and upon returning AFTER the 3 minutes they must forget everything from their previous life.
Example - Player X is being raided by Player Y at his base in Rich District. Player Y kills Player X and enters the main base. Player X is angry and returns to his base in the Rich District, thus breaking NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where you give out RP related information in the Out of Character Chat (OOC).
Example - Player X is getting raided so calls for help
e.g (OOC)Player X: HELP! I'm getting raided in Rich District! Come Quick

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would check both players to ensure they are not doing something important, such as a raid etc. If they are both free, I would take them onto a rooftop and ask about the situation and why Player Y had killed Player X. I would then proceed to explain RDM. One factor I will take into account is the type of gun to ensure it was not RDM + FailRP. If Player Y admits to the offence, I Will issue him a verbal warning and tell him not to do it again, and I'd tell him to do /motd and ask him to re-read the rules. However, if Player Y denies it and Player X has valid evidence I will issue an official warn. If Player Y denys and Player X has no evidence, I will close the F1 and take the players back to their previous locations.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I'd begin by checking which district/s the deaths occurred. in if the deaths are from the same district then I would ask Player X evidence, such as a video showing that the deaths/kills occurred within 3 minutes of each other (as NLR only lasts 3 minutes). If there was valid proof or I could gain valid evidence through logs that the deaths were between 3 minutes AND the deaths were same district I would give Player Y a warning. If there is no clear evidence then I'd close the F1 and, if needed, return the players to their original locations.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'd tell Player X via OOC to stop metagaming. If Player X asks what metagaming is, I'd explain what metagaming is. If Player X does it a second time, I'd take Player X to a roof and give a verbal warning and fully explain what metagaming is. If Player X does it a third time, I'd once again take Player X to a roof and give him an official warning and ask Player X to read the rules fully. If Player X does it again, I'd call an admin or higher to deal with Player X or, if one was unavailable, I'd give Player X one last warning but tell him serious action will be taken if he did it again.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have found a love for SSRP recently, and always come on and have a little play. Whether it be RPing, running my casino or just having a laugh. I feel like I could help the SSRP server and community in many ways as I am currently learning lua so could do any small projects if needed. Also, I am experienced in the staffing area and I am familiar with many of the players on ZARP with my current status of Super Admin on TTT. Going back to my earlier note about gametracker, I have been on everyday I can, whilst balancing game time with my TTT dutys. If I became a mod, I would set myself a target to get x amount of F1s done per day.
