Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I think it would be appropriate to use the ban command when someone is constantly RDM:ing and harrasing other players. Even though he gets a few warnings he doesn't stop. Then it would be appropriate to use the ban command.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Answer: First I would check when he did this appeal. If he wrote it directly after he got banned I wouldn't unban him because he hasn't had time to rethink of what he have done. If his appology is good enough and actually sounds like he's regretting what he did. Then I would give him another chance, talk to him in !psay and say "if you do anything like this again, I'll ban you again" and if he actually cheats again I'll ban him and note to myself to never unban him.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I think that I should be admin because I have been moderator about one and a half months now and I think that I have been a responsable Moderator in my perspective. I have been using the !aslay in the right moments and I always check the report properly to be extra secure for my decision. No one that I have punnished have complained about my decision since I don't punnish people in vain. I think that I can be as good Admin as I am a Moderator.
