RDM is when a player has no probable cause of killing a player but kills him anyways. A guy walking up to a cop and shooting him in the head and killing him.

NLR is wherever in the district you die you must not return until the timer is up. A guy was killed robbin gsomeone and goes back 1 minute later to attack.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).I should be chosen because i have been playing on the server for a year. im an active player ( almost daily) and isee the chaos that happens when there are no admins on. Im good friends with a decnet amount of players who respect me already and would make a great asset to the Zarp community. i would not abuse my power but embrace it for the good of the players, to make a better gaming experience for all.
