Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
*A player is hacking/ exploiting, continuously breaking rules after warnings, mass RDM or LTAP
Example:
*Player X has joined the game and is hacking, manages to kill several people through RDM, he gets warned doesn't stop and gets kicked. If player X re-joins and is still hacking and manages to kill even more people through RDM then I would use the ban command.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If it was me who banned them, then I would look at their appeal and if they have not waited at least a week or so then I would refuse to un ban them as they have not waited a sufficient amount of time for them to reflect on their permanent ban. Anything after a week then I would consider unbanning them as this is enough time to reflect and not cheat again. I would also look at the amount of bans the player has and for what, if they have more than two bans then I would not unban them as they have clearly not learned their lesson from the last time they did so. If the time came for when did when I do unban the player then I would watch them closely and spectate them for at least 10 rounds before I allow myself to place any trust in that player. If they decide to cheat again then they will be banned again.

[Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).]:

Since I have became a moderator I have tried my hardest to reduce things like RDM, micspam, chatspam etc and I have greatly, I feel that I have played enough time to get to know absolutely every active player in the community and feel that the rules have been embedded into my brain. I've been in a few situations where a player has been hacking and most of the time an admin is there to save the day, although I have also been in quite a few situations where I am the only staff member on or there is just moderators on and while we can warn we have to wait 3 times before the player is banned and that is only for an hour, while we can kick people I feel that is not as effective as they can just join the server and continue hacking or RDMing while I am gone. I feel that, if I was promoted to Admin then I could continue making ZARP a fun and friendly community and make sure that people who disobey the rules are stopped and things like hacking is something that people will never have to deal with again, I would also make sure that people who continue to RDM and cheat will be stopped. I feel that while I have been moderator I have gained the knowledge of the game mode and I think I am ready for the promotion and help make bigger decisions for the future of ZARP TTT.
