Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
As a moderator i've always been calm in every situtation and tried to help out as much as possible in game. When i'm doing f1's I have no hurry of completing the f1 quick, and I actually take time to hear the story from the player(s). I would do the exact same as an admin, but I could do it better and more effectively.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I've had alot of situtations where I could benefit of having admin powers, such as I once had to deal with a propspammer trying to crash the server, but all I could do was to kick the the player and wait for an admin to come and ban him, this situtation would be alot easier if I had the ban command

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Teleport
This command can be used to teleport yourself by typing /tp in the chat, or it can be used to teleport another player to the position you're looking at, /tp (player name/SteamID)

Goto
The goto command is used when you're teleporting to another player. and is used when teleporting to someone who has made a f1, /goto (playername/SteamID)

Bring
This command brings the player to you, I personally don't use this command, because you can't send the player back to their position when you do it, but can be used when a player is dead and not willing to respawn, /bring (SteamID/playername)

Back
This command is used to bring players back to their previous position, but cannot be used when using the /bring command, /back (steamID/playername)

Kick
This command is self explaining, it kicks the player from the server, this can be used to kick a prop spammer, if there's not any Admins online, /kick (SteamID/Playername)

Slay
This command slays the player and is not used very much, /slay (SteamID/Playername)

F1 Menu
On the f1 menu you can handle f1's, view the logs and you can see warnings given out..
The logs show kills, defibs, warrants, hits placed, jobs changed, arrest, and active nlr.
Handling f1's: to handle a f1 right click on it and press "Handle this f1" then you goto to the player or bring the player, I suggest using goto.

F6 Menu
In the F6 menu you can see warnings given out, bans, mutes etc..

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player x! I've taken my time to read your ban appeal, I was the admin who banned you for propspam, we take propspam very serious on this server. because it might end up crashing the server. You seem sorry for your actions and i've decided to give you a second chance, but keep in mind, if anything like this happens again, you'll have less chance of getting unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I've dedicated alot of my time to the server in the last 2 months, and my activity wont go down anytime soon! I know how to handle most of the situtations that happens. I've had alot of situatuons on the server where I would have a BIG benefit of having admin powers. I've had my moments in my past where I have made mistakes, but I believe I have done more good then bad. I feel like i'm trusted with powers, as I have been Admin on deathrun twice and been moderator on zarp bhop once. I'm always in a good mood, you will never see me being mad or anything like that!
