Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I feel my time as a Moderator has been very chilled out, I haven't needed to punish many people, only muting/gagging people due to them being disrespectful, etc.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): I encountered multiple users who was very disrespectful, and I've asked them nicely to stop and they carried on, that's when I've handed out the punishments, I.E Gagging/Muting.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: If I had to write a letter to a moderator to be trained, I would write this: Congratulations on being promoted to a moderator, you now have a few new commands, features and responsibilities, these being assuring that all players on Bhop are abiding by the rules, you also have a few new commands; gag, kick and mute. These commands are to be used in the event that a player is breaking the rules, you'd use the gag command to mute someone via their voice, this is to prevent mic spamming/being disrespectful via the microphone. Kicking kicks the user from the server this would be used in a case where a user would be exploiting and you've asked them to stop, if they don't you can use the kick command, you also have access to the Mute command this will mute people from typing in the chat, this will be used to prevent people spamming that chat or being disrespectful via the chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?: I'd contact the person who banned the user originally, I would then contact them and ask them their opinion on the ban, but inevitably it is my decision so I would un-ban them due to them being extremely sorry, and it is their first ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):I should be promoted as I do a great deal for the server, I've been active every day since I have been given the position, I'm also very trusted within the community, giving me a promotion will allow me to further my help towards the server in bringing in new players, helping out with appeals and ban requests and other situations that an admin would be needed, I can use my powers to greatly benefit the small player base that server has currently in to making them more welcome and more part of the community than they already are.
