Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. When someone shoots another character for no reason. An example would be Jacob the gun dealer walks up to Sally the Shop owner and shoots him out of nowhere with a weapon and kills Sally. No justification, and provocation.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. The New Life Rule is a rule that (tries to) prevent metagaming by removing the ability to continue your former life. This means no returning to the same place you were just at, the same base you were raiding, the same car you were driving in that area, etc. You are a new person, a new life. An example would be Phil the cop is gunned down during a drug bust in the suburbs. Phil now must wait to return, and not break the rule of NLR. He should continue to do his job as it unfolds before him, rather than seek vengeance.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is speaking about the game in many ways, about the game, in a context which no one would be able to know otherwise. An example would be Richard420Swag says on OOC chat: I'm going to raid your base in the warehouse district" which breaks this rule and gives clues to the location of a base to all, in a non-rp way.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I
I would teleport to X, asking him his side and for evidence of such a situation. Then I would bring in Y to ask their side of the story. If there is evidence, I would proceed accordingly, and if not, I would wait to hear an admittance of guilt from Y. If not, I would stress the fact to follow the rules and to take clear evidence of situations.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would teleport to X and ask his side of the story and ask for evidence. Then I would check the logs to see if there was in fact an NLR breach at the times specified. If so, I would bring in Y for questioning and admittance. Then I'd make sure he understood the NLR rule and if not, refer him to the rules. If so, I would punish accordingly.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would approacy player X in a sit and inform them that they were metagaming. If they were unaware of such rule, I would make sure to reinforce the rule and point them to it. And if they were aware, or had done so multiple times, I would govern accordingly.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I love Gmod and I love this Zarp server. I have around 2500+ hours in Gmod, and I've had more than 120+ on this server alone. I've got good references from Bob's TDM Server as an admin for more than a year, and I've admin'd on ForestRP for about 7 months as well. I take my job seriously and think I improve the knowledge and experience of the players of the community.

I also have bounced around from server to server for a while until I came across ZARP's community and have stopped here and think it would be a good home for me to put all my time and effort into. That's why I feel strongly about my application, because on server #3 is where I want to play and help people. There's been a few really great people that have influenced me and helped me learn more about the rules and servers, and I know I'll be able to pay it all forward in my position through rule enforcement and guidance for new people.

You were very mature in the sits I had you in and you seem to have good knowledge of the rules. You also have good activity which is always a boost! I don't know if you have any recent punishments since I'm currently not in-game, but besides from that I don't see any negatives!

He is very active on server three. Always checking rules to make sure he isn't getting himself in trouble. Mature and friendly when I've been in sits with him. Seems like an overall great guy.
