Ghosting is when a dead player or spectator gives information to alive players which could change the outcome of the round.

Make sure to give an example

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

Make sure to use the mute/gag feature depending on the situation
!mute is to mute chat
!gag is to mute voice until map change. Also think about calling an admin to ban him if not stopping.

I would like to support this but as micky said, It looks a bit rushed. Also, at times you are very immature that you even rulebreak recently, micspamming being the most common reason but sometimes disrespect to certain people as well.
