Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match or RDM is the killing of another character with out a legitimate reason within the roleplay. Example: Player A is a police officer. Player B is a hobo. Player A sees Player B and kills Player B while Player B was walking on the sidewalk.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule or NLR is a certain character returning to a place of death within a certain time during the characters current life.
Example: Player A is raiding Player B by himself. Player A dies from Player B during the raid. Player A then goes back to his base right after he is spawned.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is learning something OOC or Out Of Character and then using in in character. Example Player A says "There's printers in the house next to PD go raid!", then Player B seeing that goes to the house next to PD and raids it based off of only that information.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I'd bring both players to a roof top or somewhere we can't be disturbed. I'll look at the logs and I'll ask for their stories. Based off of what they say I'll analyze to see if one is lying based off of the logs (ex: Player x killed Player Y even though logs say other wise) but if both stories end with the correct out come but different events leading to it (ex: player x says player y shot him and and player y says Player x shot me first and player y killed him.) Then I'd inform them both on what RDM is. I would let them RP again when I know they fully understand the rule.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I'd bring both players to a private area, and then ask for the stories. I'd check the logs to see the deaths. If the deaths are three minutes apart, I'd inform them that NLR was not broken and nothing can be done, but if player y died twice within the three minutes, I'd ask if they knew what NLR was, and I'd explain how to prevent themselfs from breaking NLR and I would explain the rule to him and made sure he understood.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tell Player x that it's metagame and if he continues to do it he will be warned.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I feel I would make an excellent moderator for the Zarp Servers. I am a friendly person, and welcome all new players to the server, I follow the rules and inform players of the rules when I can, and I want to prove that I am a loyal player and can work with a team. Within the few days of me coming back I've talked to some new players and tried to help them and inform them as best I can as well as asking any staff on any questions I had. I understand my hours are low, especially for applying for something as respected as moderator. If you guys can put your trust in me, I will show you, that you put your trust in the right place. I will not disappoint and I am willing to do as I am asked. I'm gracious for the opportunity and I'd like to thank you for looking at my application. In my opinion I think you'd be a good applicant, but I don't see much game time, I'd wait and try to gain at least 2 weeks of activity, then apply, but good luck.

You have no recent punishments which is very good, although try to gain more game time as you need a minimum of 2 weeks of constant activity.

Jose...Jose, you were great in and I remember you asking a question the other day and I explained it in FP terms. I have no problem with you being on the staff team but others may not know your experience and dedication as well as myself and others, I do agree you're applying a bit too early.

You seem like a really friendly dude but I'd wait until you have 2 weeks of activity first buddy.

I must agree. You are a great guy.
We seriously need staff that is actively admining on server 3 and 2. From gt it seems you are online at some odd times which could really be beneficial to the server and zarp.
