Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario Random Death Match, where you kill someone for no reason. So, we have 2 terrorists, 1 assuming the other is the traitor. The argument boils up, one kills the other, the victim files a RDM report, and the person who RDMed usually ends up getting verbal warned / warned.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario: The KOS Target kills a person without any reason. (Another user sees the person killing someone and not IDing the body)
The KOS Target calls out a C4 and does not defuse and destroy it. ( A Innocent watches another Innocent look at a bomb and does not defuse it, is warned and called out for it and is killed)
The KOS Target goes inside the Traitor Room. (Somebody has visual on a Traitor going in Traitor-only area, calls out name for KOS)

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
The KOS Target is called out and killed for being in a location where someone recently died (Someone calls out KILL THE GUY IN THE TOWER!!!!! NOT acceptable.)
The KOS Target is called out and killed for suspicion (Someone kills a player based on a level of suspicion)

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 75 words) I think i should be promoted to a Moderator as I have experience as a Staff member on many GMod servers, including TTT. Being a moderator would help the community by knowing there is always an active staff member online awaiting to help others.A community is never stable without Staff, and not having staff would mean the Rules can not be enforced effectively, which would kill a server in its roots. This is why I want to be a moderator.

You only just joined the community yesterday and you have a recent warning for RDM too. I suggest waiting a week before you apply. Just my advice.

Personally I think I will have to agree with Uzi on this matter, you are still a new player to ZARP TTT and I suggest playing as fair as possible and play as much as you can, then apply next week
