Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: It'd be appropriate using the ban command when a player has been punished several times before, for example the player has 10 recent RDM warnings, and he is still not learning, it might be best to use the ban command there.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would handle this appeal by trying to contact another TTT Admin, due to it being my ban, once contacting them I'd explain to them that they're very apologetic and tell them that I think they deserve an unban, then obviously the decision is up to the admin who is handling it.

If it was a situation where I'd be handling the appeal, I'd contact the banning admin, I would discuss the ban with the banning admin, I would also bring up the fact the he is very apologetic in his appeal and he is putting his best effort into gaining our trusts on other server, then I would go ahead and accept the appeal due to him being very apologetic and trying to regain our trust.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I think I should be promoted as I am very active in the server at the moment, I'm also very active in the TTT meetings, constantly trying to help out and giving my say about each application, I'm also very known within the TTT server now, I have a firm knowledge of the rules and I've never had any report abuses accepted on me regarding TTT, I believe that giving me the admin rank, will help me excel in TTT and help me with my job inside TTT.
