Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
When someone dies in game, they forget everything, who they met, where they went. As a result of this they're not allowed to the location of their death nor interact with those involved in it.
"Oi mate, you killed me", the player then proceeds to kill the other player.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is using OOC information in any IC scenario. Either to your advantage or otherwise.
An officer shouts in OOC "THERE'S PRINTERS IN THE BANK OMFG!!!!"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would tell player Y the console says otherwise and give him the appropriate punishment.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.I would bring player Y to myself, check the logs in detail making sure the time broke the nlr rule, if so I would give the player the appropriate punishment

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would explain player X that there is nothing a member of staff could do given that he is metagaming.
