Random Death Match is when someone is killed with NO RP reason e.g killed in the street with no weapon out and not wanted.

New Life Rule is when you are killed, you must then forget your previous life and RolePlay as if you weren't killed. E.g If you were killed outside bank you cannot go back for 3 Minutes because of New Life Rule.

Meta-gaming is using OOC(Out of Character) to give RP information to others in some form. E.g saying where you are or where to meet in OOC when you should use /advert [Message] or /pm [Message].

I would handle the Player y and player x situations as follows:
I would ask why player x is accusing player y of RDM and ask him to explain what happened in HIS perspective then i would ask player y why he killed player x and if an invalid reason i would then warn him.

I would ask player x if he took any screenshots or any recorded footage of player y breaking NLR. I would then ask player y if he broke NLR to see if he will admit he did. IF he doesnt admit it then i would say that the logs show him breaking NLR at that point i would then say you are lying and DID break NLR and would then warn player y.

If someone calls for help in OOC then i would say in OOC "Use F1 to call for a mod/admin" if he then does i would redpond but if he doesnt and continues to use OOC to call for help then i would say "Mods/Admins don't respond unless you use f1 and then if he still fails then i wouldn't respond until he does decide to use F1.

I think i should be chosen for Moderator because:

1. I have noticed that sometimes the server is short of staff to respond and therefore it can take alot of time to respond to sits. So i should be Mod because i am very active at the moment around school and can get on most weeknights and alot of the weekend.

2. I have alot of experience of seeing staff take sits and some are better than others and have been paying close attention and practising taking sits to make sure i can perform to my best ability and making sure the player is satisfied.

3. I have seen multiple people breaking rules but when i call for help it takes so long that by the time they get there i have forgotten who i was reporting.(This ties to reason 1 of this section)

4. I also havent been warned or broken rules that many times so i think i would make a reliable Moderator so i also dont abuse my rank etc.

5. I have seen the server get a very good group of Mods etc recently and i would like to join them because some of them are being a bit inactive and i am not that inactive at the moment so i think i would be able to keep the server in good form against rule breakers.

6. I have been practising controlling sits with friends who are a bit excitable to say the least and managed to control them quite well.

First answer: It depends on the people coming on the server and the interests in game. This value changes every week.
Second answer: It depends on how do they do, warns, activity, in game behaviour, this value changes too, you will always get a final reply on your app to see if you got accepted or not, I saw you applied yesterday evening during the meeting so you will need to wait for the next meeting (Saturday 7PM)
