What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player/spectator gives information to an alive player. It's bad cause it can change the game like "the death is AFK" the runner will rush map cause he know the death is AFK.
Example (on helix): the player Ben don’t know the code on the map helix. He say "what is the code ?" and TheGamer365 say: the code is 247 but he was dead. I'll first give to him a verbal warning for say it's bad cause the game isn't moree fun if you know it and after if he do it again I gag/mute him and warn him for ghosting. After I'll call an admin for deal with him.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
When someone is disrespecting a player or me or someone, I want to give to him a verbal warning for say it's bad and if he do it again I'll punish him so don't do it again. After his first warning, if I see him disrespect again I'll gag(voice) or mute(chat) and warn him for disrespecting. If he disrespect again I can kick him and after I can call an admin for deal with the situation.

Why I should be chosen:
I can be chosed because I’m a good player and Ex Admin. I know all the rules and I don’t break them. If a rule breaker is here I punish him. I recently saw some guys rulebreaking but I can’t do anything, so I call mod, admin…but It’s better if I can punish them now. I have a good activity, and you can trust me, I always help everyone like “it’s F1->Settings->Third Person”. I’m friendly and good, yeah I know I got demoted cause I had a bad activity (holidays) but now I can play so no problem for now ( I'll contact you if I'm inactive for some reason). So I’m back, I play, I’m a good player, Ex-Admin and I think I can be Admin again. My activity wasn't good I hope it's good now (You said I needed 1 week more, I PLAYED ! )
