Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is where a person is killed for a not valid RP reason
Scenario: Player X walks up to player Y and shoots him because he stood in the way of a car in the middle of the street

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is if you get killed you do not remember anything from your past life, also you are not allowed to return to the same district you were killed in for 3 minutes
Scenario:Player X kills player Y at the legendary Zarp sign in Park district, then player Y proceeds to respawn and return to the park district before his 3 minutes of NLR has run out.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where people use RP related information in out of character chat (OOC)
Scenario:Player X messages player Y in OOC that their base is being raided and he has to return to the base ASAP to help defend

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i would teleport to player X and ask him what happened and ask player X if he had any kind of evidence.
If player X have evidence i would review it and bring both player X and player Y to a roof, and speak to them about what happened and if needed punish player Y.
If player X do not have any evidence i would still tp both the players to a roof and ask player Y why he killed player X and if player Y admits to a rulebreak i would most likely give player Y a verbal warning depending on the rulebreak.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Luckily There is now districts of the death in the logs so it is way easier for me to tell if player Y is breaking NLR. And if player Y is breaking NLR i would check his recent punishments and if he has been warned multiple times for NLR already i would warn him, and if not i would leave him with a verbal warning

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would wait for the bank raid to be over so there is no chance of me ruining people's RP and since it is not the biggest thing. After the raid was over i would tp to player X and talk to him about what he did and why it was wrong and leave him with a verbal warning

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
The reason i should be chosen as a staff member on Zarp is because a lot of people know who i am and what i can offer as a staff member, and for people that dont know me and dont know what i can offer i can tell you i can offer a friendly and dedicated staff member that is ready to help, no matter if its a big or small issue, this does not only go for users but also other staff members, also i have tons of experience with being staff on Zarp due to my previous staff positions! I am very friendly and know when to have fun and when to be serious! Also i am a person that loves leaving people with a smile so i will do that as much as i can!
