Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
I would issue a ban in any of the following circumstances:
A player is hacking/ exploiting, continuously breaking rules after warnings, mass RDM or LTAP

Example - Player A is hacking and killed multiple people through RDM. He is warned, continues, then gets kicked. If Player A rejoins and continues hacking this would be a good time for a ban. However, if player A killed a large amount of players in a very short time period, I would issue the ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If it was me that banned them, which in this scenario it is, I would on a few conditions. The first being the time between the ban and the appeal. If the player was banned, and made his appeal a day or two later, I would decline it as this would be insufficient time for him to reflect upon what he has done. If it was a week then I would me more likely to accept the appeal. The second would be the amount of bans he has had. If it was his second ban, then I would decline as I believe in second chances, but if he breaks the rules after being given a second chance, he will have to face the consequences. If I did unban the player, I would keep a close eye on them during rounds to ensure they did not cheat again, and if caught will issue another ban to the player.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).

Since becoming Moderator, I have played as much as I can on the server. I am familiar with the community, and get on well with my fellow staff members. I have had a few situations where players have come onto the server and seen hackers, luckily an admin has been on to deal with it. However, if an admin was not on I would be restrained to kicking them and issuing warnings. I feel that if I was promoted to Admin I could further help in keeping Zarp a kind and friendly community. I enforce the rules fairly and would use my new role to further keep watch on the server and ensure it has no RDMers, cheaters and/or hackers. During my time as moderator, I have developed my knowledge of the gamemode and I feel ready to take that next step up, and ready to assist in the bigger decisions for Zarp.

Absolutely great moderator, provides you with the answers to any questions you need, and puts all rdm to a stop, it would be better for him to have the ability to ban as sometimes the best he could do was kick and slay and he also applies top class banter every now and then. He has my vote
