Hacking, Exploiting, Threating to DDOS, Avoiding Punishments, Mass RDM, Continious Rule Breaking....

Situation:

Player A is Hacking, after being warned and kicked for doing so he rejoins and continues Hacking therefore he will banned.

▼ Explain how you would handle the following situation: ▼

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would check if Player X's appeal provides him admiting to what he did wrong and apologizing, if I deem that the player is sorry for what he did I would most likely give him a second chance, if his altitude towards me or the staff team at the time was horrible I would want him to ask for an apology from the people he treated badly.

I've been to one meeting, but have been staff for 3 weeks now, I have informed the lead team that I will most likly not be able to attend TTT meetings for the upcoming 3 months due to a school project which takes place at the same time.

▼ Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words) ▼

I am a mature, responsible, calm & friendly player, I know the TTT gamemode thorughly and spend a lot of my time trying to think of ways to improve the server, I report rulebreakers which I'm unable to handle as a moderator to higher staff members so they can handle them., I spend a lot of time in the Zarp Community whether it's in the forums or in the servers. I've handled a lot of Reports of players in the game. I would like to be promoted to admin in the TTT server so I can improve the players enjoyment even more. I believe my contribution as a Mod is very low than what I can actually provide and do for the server if I am to be accepted as an Admin. I believe I have achieved enough trust from the players of Zarp TTT and from the staff.

I have seen you on and when I have seen you on your were a helpful staff member and it seemed like if someone needed assistance you would end up helping them.
