Around 70 hours just on the server, pretty much all time of gmod has been on TTT though, I don't tend to enjoy other GM's.

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

An appropriate use of the ban command would be if a player has around 8 warnings total and still continues to disrespect staff, or break any rules over and over, despite the 8 warnings and slays etc. Another reason would be if you watch them for a while and they activate a cheat such as a spinbot/aimbot that goes nuts.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

It would depend on the time, if they do the appeal after a few months of getting banned, I'd give them another chance, although I do believe cheaters never change, so I'd make sure to watch him a lot, and anything fishy I spectate him for a few rounds to learn more about his actions.

However if his appeal is week or even less old, I would deny it, as I do not personally believe that is enough time to learn his/her lesson.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

With recent activity, I am the most active MOD on the server. I applied when Pixel just became moderator, and have been on it daily ever since. Unless the stats are wrong on GameTracker.com I have never not been on the server, every single day I have been on since I joined the server. I have shown to get a further understanding with the rules as I have received some complaints about being too rough with the people, and have since improved that side of myself. I have also shown I have good use with the power of a moderator and feel I'm ready for the next step, as I would like to make and help with bigger changes/things in the community that admins help deal with. I also always record everything, with every slay and warn, I record what they have done to the point my HDD of 1TB has 50Gb left, which shows I'm dedicated to proving that troublemakers are indeed, troublemakers.

Extra Information: (Not Required):
I thought I had to get a month of playtime or something to become admin, I never realised it was just 1 meeting I had to attend and be a moderator. So here's my application.

The edits were involving colons. They escaped my vision twice lol.

Is helpfull overall ingame but i don't think you are ready yet, since you can't even seem to remember rule 1.1

1.1a In-Game Names
Your steam name must have readable characters that can also be pronounced in English to ensure that you can be targeted in-game, falure to change your name will result in punishment
An example of an okay name: Gunner
An example of a not okay name: Спасибо

Since there joined a guy with one of those symboles in their steam name. And you tried to have a argument with me about it's not like that when it clearly is. So im having a neutralsp on that one.

Fair, but I said it was pronounceable, it wasn't really hard to read. If someone full on came on like ддддддддддд then yeah I'd say that's against the rules.

In his defence, the rule states it must be able to be pronounced in English (thus readable). Everybody, including other staff, have not complained or asked him to change it. Nobody has a problem in pronouncing it to my knowledge.

Its not him, it's about a user who joined today with symboles in their name that ignored serveral of my commands.

This rule is applied because it's difficult to warn or to get commands working with those symboles in their name.

I met this guy today on TTT, He was extremely friendly to new players and understood what was asked for him to do, I think he'll do an excellent job as an Administrator so goodluck dude! You just need to read the Staff Ethos again buddy as you seem to gag people in witch a talking to would be fine. Over all a really good staff member. is very straight forward and does not beat around the bush . Though in my opinion you are a bit to strict right now . Remember to always follow the ethos. Well you see, as someone who literally hates my guts and calls me a shitty mod.I don't really care for your opinion. You've only ever been hostile to everyone when on the server.

This was early on in my career anyway I said that comment. But the guy argued from me and Spooder was a tricky one. Both mine and his points are valid in the argument, It can be easily pronounced in English, but it also included foreign letters. So what I've learnt from him saying that, if it's 50/50, round up when it comes to names at least.

I didnt cut any part where I saw you, Ill even upload the full clip If you want to keep on lying. And Yes I did have proof.
You came from a area where there was unID body And The person was also killed by a vector which is the weapon you had.
Basically how it works is if you have a High amount of Suspicion on you, People are allowed to KOS you.
Look at the video, Vector Shots fired, Scream (Death), Coming from a Area where there is a unID body. Thats enough Suspicion To get you shot.

How?! I watched it, it shows me reaction to getting RDM'd by someone who had a grudge on me the round previous. He had no proof it was me, and he said he did, yet cut out his proof in the video. Me desperately trying to find out how he knew it was me despite me not being seen killing that guy. He never called out KOS diablo when he "saw" me and waited for me to eb around a ton of people to act, in which he just shot me when I said "I'm getting tested".
