Around 70 hours just on the server, pretty much all time of gmod has been on TTT though, I don't tend to enjoy other GM's.

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

An appropriate use of the ban command would be if a player has around 8 warnings total and still continues to disrespect staff, or break any rules over and over, despite the 8 warnings and slays etc. Another reason would be if you watch them for a while and they activate a cheat such as a spinbot/aimbot that goes nuts.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

It would depend on the time, if they do the appeal after a few months of getting banned, I'd give them another chance, although I do believe cheaters never change, so I'd make sure to watch him a lot, and anything fishy I spectate him for a few rounds to learn more about his actions.

However if his appeal is week or even less old, I would deny it, as I do not personally believe that is enough time to learn his/her lesson.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

With recent activity, I am the most active MOD on the server. I applied when Pixel just became moderator, and have been on it daily ever since. Unless the stats are wrong on GameTracker.com I have never not been on the server, every single day I have been on since I joined the server. I have shown to get a further understanding with the rules as I have received some complaints about being too rough with the people, and have since improved that side of myself. I have also shown I have good use with the power of a moderator and feel I'm ready for the next step, as I would like to make and help with bigger changes/things in the community that admins help deal with. I also always record everything, with every slay and warn, I record what they have done to the point my HDD of 1TB has 50Gb left, which shows I'm dedicated to proving that troublemakers are indeed, troublemakers.

I thought I had to get a month of playtime or something to become admin, I never realised it was just 1 meeting I had to attend and be a moderator. So here's my application.
