Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel that I have learned the rules of the server and that after watching many of the other admins in sits and how they handle situations i feel like i can handle that responsibility thanks to the skills that i have acquired from being moderator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was a situation were I was talking to a guy and then I see someone just randomly kill him for no reason the person who was killed made an F1 so I went to handle it. I bring them both to a roof and ask why the killer just killed the other the player, the killer denied him killing the other player but I present the evidence that I saw it happen and he still argues so i ask help from Admin anna and got her to confirm that I was right the player then asked for clarky and says he was false warned by me. Clarky I tell them that story and Clarky gave the same answer as Anna it was a long winded sit but it got done in the end (this part maybe long winded but it was the best way I could tell what happened)

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

[Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?]
I have read your unban appeal an i can see that you have been banned for Propspam i can see that you are sorry for what you have done and that you regret doing it so I will accept your unban appeal i suggest that you reread the rules Click here
i hope this doesn't affect my chances of admin

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe that i should be promoted because i do my job when ever I can I will always abandon RP to deal with a sit I feel that I have always tried my best to come to the best outcome in the sits that I have done. I also feel like I have achieved practically all I can as moderator and I feel that I can achieve more as admin I feel like I could be a good asset to the staff team and I am extremely active to with would be a huge benefit to the staff team and I enjoy my job and I also enjoy helping everyone that I can, I feel that I can do the even better if I am admin.
