Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Explanation: Random Death Match (Aka RDM) is if you kill a player without a vaild reason.

Illustration: Anna kills a player because she wanted some action. She gets warned for RDM

To kill another player, you need a good reason to kill him. Example, killing a guy who is raiding you, that gives you right to selfdefence and that is NOT rdm. Is not rdm either if you raid a base, then you allowed to kill the people inside it

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
Explanation: New Life Rule (Aka NLR) happens if your character dies. If you die, then you should not go back to the same district as you died in, and you have to forget every information of your preivous life

Illustration: A cop is raiding a base that haves moneyprinters and drugs. The cop got shot and died. The cop is going straight back to the base because he knows they have moneyprinters. The cop gets warned for NLR

It is not allowed, because the cop have to forget everything of his previous life and ofcause not returning back to the district, now he need to see them like normal people again, and not criminals.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Explanation: Metagaming is if someone says anything from their roleplay life into OOC (Out of Character Chat) OOC is being using to talk out of the roleplay. Example: "hey Patrick? are you home this weekend so we can play some gmod?"

Illustration: A user tells everyone that Anna haves printers in her house at the hotel in OOC chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I will bring both of the players to a safe area, so we won't be disturbed. First will i ask player y what the reason was to kill him, and then after that, depending on what he answers, will take my judgement. Let's say he said he killed him because he mugged him and player x ran away. Then i will go ask how player y mugged him, his answer was that he was screaming in the mic that he should drop 5k, then i will go explain to player y that he has to do it through /me. and then i will give him a warning and tell him to read the motd again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I will bring both of the players to a safe area, so we won't be disturbed. First will i ask the story of why the kills are so close together, and then after that, depending on what he answers, will take my judgement. Let's say that Player x was raiding player y's base, and player x succeded the raid and killed player y. Then after 1 min player returned to his base in hope of that player x had left his base and he could keep playing. This would be NLR and i will explain to player y why it is NLR, and then i will give him a warning and tell him to read motd once again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
A player who call after help in OOC is metagaming, because OOC means Out of character. So first will i tell the player through OOC that it is Metagaming and he should not do it again. Incase the player still calling after help then will i bring him to me and explain him what metagaming is, then after that i will warn him because he have done it twice now. After all this will i tp him back.

Staff experience:
As most of you know, i'm a ex-admin of Zarpgaming.com. I resigned because i was in a hard situation irl, and i came up with many excuses of why i left zarp, but i did not tell the real reason because of shame. But now everything haves been better and i returned back to Zarpgaming darkrp, and i will do everything in my power to try get back as staff again, and i will fight for it.

Im very mature when it comes to f1's. I do not take any players side, and i listen to both storries. I respect everyone, and when it comes to rulebreakers do i take it very seriously. I have been in the comminity for over a year and I was admin in 3-4 months, before i resigned. When i came back did i read the rules around 6 times, so i maked sure that i did not miss a new rule.

As person, do i try my best to help people as much i can so they can get a better gaming experience on the zarp servers. I'm calm in hard situations, and i watch out my language depending on who im talking to.
