Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.:Killing someone without a valid RP reason. Player X Walks up to player y, then shoots him and kills him. Player X gets warned for RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.:Going back to the same district you died in or using information from your past life. Player X killed player y, player y went back to the same district, player y got warned for NLR

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.:Using commands like ooc to rp or inform someone of whats happening in rp. player x says pd is being raided in ooc, player x gets warned for meta.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I will ask player y why he killed him, if he says that he shot first, If the other denies it i will see if they have evidence.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.: I will check the first kill logs, if it is true I will goto the first kill, The person killed first gets warned for NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: If he has no recent warns I will give him a verbal, if he did have recent warns he will get warned for metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).: I am in the U.S and I mostly play server 1, when ever im on there is no admins on, there is a lot of minges that prop block spawn etc. I have been in the zarp community ever since 2014. I played for 1 month but stopped, 4 months ago I came back to zarp. There was a long period were I quit gaming. I have a huge list of experience of being staff.Since I don't have many friends on zarp I do not favor anyone,as soon as I see a report or F1 I reply to it. Since I am not rich nor have much items Like a typical staff member on zarp, most of my time will be dedicated to getting rid or punishing rule-breakers. I am tired of seeing so many rule-breakers go unpunished!

Good application, good attitude also active so I think that he deserves this rank because he might help the server out.

From what I know about Hamzah, I can tell he's got a good heart. If there's something a server needs, it's good admins. Therefore, I would definitely support him. Also, he is very active, which is always a good thing.
