Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
i would start of by letting them know a misstake that is common with new users and that is that many are not aware of that it is possible to auto jump by holding down the space key, later moving on by informing them to only use A or D key to guide themselves with their mouse and with training bhoping would not be a issue. if thats not enough maybe link them a video

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would inform the user that what he/she is doing is against the rules and ask them to stop and letting them know that if the continue i would mute the user, if they would continue i would mute/gag the user.
If the map changes and they would keep mic/chat spamming i would attempt to contact a higher staff member or record the user and making a ban request on the forums

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
First of all i would inform the user that what they currently are doing is not acceptable since it is classed as exploit, since their actions they are doing is giving them an advantage over other users and its important to read the rules by typing !motd in the chat.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
i was previously a ssrp admin but decided to resign because of the stress and i felt that it would affect my social life and school which is mostly why i resigned. But with Bhop i feel its a much simpler and very fun gamemode. Ive really enjoyed playing the gamemode and feel like its very relaxing to play bhop and is not stressful like ssrp was and feel like i easy could get a lot of hours a week even with school since b-hop is a chill gamemode and very relaxing to jump on a hour or 2 a day
