How would you deal with a ban appeal on the TeamSpeak?:
First things first I will read over the appeal and Review any evidence that the person may have provided on the matter and then I will try to get into contact the Staff member that issued out the ban and double check it with the ban list to make sure that the person who banned them is the person who they have said banned them. When I am talking to them and getting their side of the story to compare the series of events to try get the scope and each member's perspective on the situation and I would be looking for information like what were the specific actions the user has done to warrant a ban and then discuss if them with Him/Her then discuss if the Staff member feels the user deserves a unban , Lowered ban time or an increased ban depending on the situation. As well as all this if on the appeal the user is reporting misconduct by the TeamSpeak staff member I will also discuss this with the staff member and any proof that the user may have provided if there is valid proof showing the clear fault or of the staff member admits then I will handle that situation as well else if the staff member denies these allegations and the user has not provided any proof then I will not be able to take any action on the abuse.

As a Teamspeak Head Administraitor you have 2 Main new powers , The First being
Removal and Addition of Powers
This power is similar to giving ranks to user but as a Head Administrator you have the power to Give Teamspeak Powers as well as remove it, you should only be giving powers to a user who is already TeamSpeak staff and has somehow lost it whether this be in reinstalling his computer or if it is him/her logging onto a different device or even if they just got accepted as a TeamSpeak moderator, then I would need to train them ans make sure they are ready and know what powers they have and how to use them but you need to identify that the person receiving the rank is who they say they are and you can achieve this via various techniques.
The second power that Teamspeak Head Administrators receive is ,
The Ability to handle Unban Appeals as well as Unban users and staff that is not their ban
At this point in time the only people who can handle Teamspeak Unban Appeals are Owners , Community Managers and Teamspeak Head Admins, To handle an appeal you would first need to read over the appeal and look at any evidence they may have and then once you get the scope of the situation you can then speak to the Staff Member who has banned them and discuss the ban and whether or not the user should be unbanned If however you can not come in contact and no one else can then you can make your own judgement from what is said on the Appeal . As well as just handling the appeal Teamspeak Head Admins can also unban users that are banned and they are not the banning Staff Member.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words).
As a TeamSpeak headadmin I could use a few new privileges First of all .I can start handling appeals for Teamspeak bans as At this point in the only people who can handle appeals are Owners , Community Managers and Teamspeak Head Admins since Moderators can not unban users who is not their personal ban . as well as this I could also use this new Unban power to unban Moderators who may have mistakenly banned them selfs somehow. As well as all this , I could also Handel and abuse that I encounter or that is reported to me hand act appropriately which is either warning them and bringing them up or if they are too abusive and harsher punishments are needed until the meeting I could remove their rank. I could also add TeamSpeak ranks to moderators who might have restored their computer or logged onto a new device but I need to make sure that they do not have too many devices already with Teamspeak staff.

My timezone is a unique time zone as I am 12 Hours ahead of the GMT Timezone and I am one of if not the only team speak staff member that falls into that time zone wich means Im always put to work for whatever is going on in the TeamSpeak server

I am a very helpful person not only in all my staff positions I am very helpful in my TeamSpeak Moderator Rank and whenever someone needs a rank given to them I am more than happy to help and if there is something wrong that is not in my power I will report it to one of the owners or anyone who has the power to do so for example when Teamspeak Moderators were allowed to handle ban appeals I would need to get an owner to unban or if a staff member has banned their account somehow I had to contact an owner to get them unbanned.
