Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match aka RDM is when a player kills another play with no valid reason
Example:
Johnny was walking down the street, suddenly Timmy runs at Johnny and kills him.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule aka NLR is when a player returns to the district they had died in before the timer of 3 minutes ends.
Example:
Johnny was raiding a base, Timmy killed him, but he came back with his NLR timer and continued raiding
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player(s) use OCC (out of character chat) to communicate in character, such as location or simply saying "Johnny, come to fountain so we can raid Timmy"
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Before I check the logs, I would ask for evidence as to make sure player x was not raiding player y. If there was no evidence I would first check the logs and give a verbal warning.
If there was evidence, I would ask for the evidence and look over it. After I finish looking over the evidence, I would check the logs to confirm that this was a case of RDM. In the end, player y would be warned and both players would be let go.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
After checking the logs, I would ask for proof from Player x and check where they were. After this I would know if this was a case of RDM or Player y did return to a specific area that NLR shouldn't allow him to interact in after being killed in a raid etc.... With sufficient evidence, I would then warn Player y and let go both of the players.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
To start, I would tell him to not metagame, if he had continued to do this I would give him a warning with the reason Metagaming. If he did not understand the rule, I would explain it to him in PM or TP myself to him.

So, you may think that i'm a toxic player on Zarp, well I'm not actually.
Well why have I chosen to be moderator? Well the reason is simple, I am angry at the admins that abuse their power and want to be a trustworthy member of staff. More importantly, many staff get angry at me in return when I call them out, thus resulting in them attempting to insult me. Most of these staff say: "You're never gonna become an admin" or more commonly, "I hope you never become a admin you c**t". Usually after this I get banned as the admins are too angry to come up with reasonable arguments. This results in me occasionally taking the subject to the forums (then forgetting that username, email and password of the account) and the admin never being punished along with my time being wasted. So why not fix that problem by becoming a staff member and slowly creating a more calm and fun role play experience.

If you check my warnings/bans, you will find some as as I mentioned above, I talk to admins that I think abuse their powers and then what I explained happens.

I mean, as much as I respect you and your application, you don't seem calm and collected enough for something like this, man. I know staff work is stressful but you seem to have a really aggressive perception of some of the staff here, so maybe that's not such a good thing. Nevertheless, I have no control over what happens and who gets appointed as staff, so I wish you good luck, haha. Just my two cents, that's all.
