Estimated Server Time My gametracker : Around 2 Weeks. I've spent a good 200 Hours in the past two-three weeks playing while having enough time to go outside and do things what I need to do.

Languages I speak : Fluent English, Part Spanish ( Little ) And Part French ( Little ) I'm always open to use a translator if I have any communication barriers towards players.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random Death Match is a term given short as "RDM" Is used for people who will kill others without a valid roleplay reason.

Example one is running around the maps exploring the districts.
Example two runs up to Example one and Demands 4K Without using the /me function.
Example One Does no realise because he has no sound and he could not see that he put it in chat.
Example two kills Example one.

This would be classes as RDM.

If I Mass RDM Occurred while no staff members were online but me, I would record it and then call for an admin over TeamSpeak or Steam and see if Any admins and above can deal with them. If not I will post it onto the forums and wait for a higher staff member to deal with appropriate action to what would have happened. I would also get their Steam Id's in the video and If I could have got a admin on while he would be logging in they would be frozen or jailed until further notice, If they did Ltap. I would just Re-Freeze or Re-Jail until they would be banned.



Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

New Life Rule Is a main example of what is being broken a lot, Some people do not realise it at times because of the timer...
The New Life Rule is normally used as "NLR" When put into a sit, When in a sit you will explain what the New Life Rule is and inform them about not returning to their district they died in for three minuets without remembering their past ( In Semi-RP The not remembering your past thing is not used normally ) Since if you did not remember your past like perp you may not know where your house was ect and we are not Serious RP.

Example one has just started printing in his newly built base.
Example two uses his Scan master for his first time and finds a base to raid.
Example two then raids example one killing him in the progress.
While the raid is still ongoing Example one Runs back as fast as he can to retrieve his printers and try and kill example two.

This would be classed as NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is where you inform someone something out of character what is in a role play situation.

Tommy spams the chat saying, Tommy (OOC): Help me I'm being raided at the Crack House District and I'm being attacked by Mike And Lololol. Please go and kill them because I'm new and I have printers!

Or

Tommy (OOC): Break me out of jail at PD I'm arrested

Or

Tommy (OOC): Meet me at the fountain!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would first teleport them to a appropriate place EG: A roof. I will hear both of their stories while asking them not to talk over eachother. If they did talk over I would ask again, If I did not stop hearing the person shouting over the person telling the story, I would Gag them until they have explained. I would then ask if either of them had evidence over this situation since you may not know the story before. If they could show appropriate proof against the "RDM'ER" I would take action against it. If their was no evidence I would explain why I cannot do anything EG: "Sorry, But I will not be able to deal with this sit until either of you can show Proof of this happening, If you cannot show proof now you can always make a report on the forums! Have a good day!"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would teleport them to a position where nobody could overhear us and start a sit, I would check the logs and see what district the guy was killed in and then check if he was killed in the same district again, If the person was not killed in the same district it would not be classed as NLR, I would explain it would not have been NLR If he did not return in the district. I would then check to see if player X Had a rp reason to kill player Y After seeing him if it was not NLR. If one of the members had proof of this "NLR" Or the defence against "NLR" It would have been a lot better since we cannot go by the logs on everything.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would first private message player X explaining why saying what he has just said in OOC Is not allowed like.

"Hello X, I am just here to give you a quick tip! Please do not Metagame again. This means you cannot Roleplay inside OOC, Please use /advert Asking someone to help you at times or just Private message a friend!, Please do not do this again! Hope you have fun on zarp"



Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I have moderated on many Garry's mod servers during my hours on Garry's mod currently, This may not prove anything until I can show you evidence that I have. I understand Most / All Of the current ULX Commands ( Meaning I may not have to be taught this before hand ), I have worked on servers like WG Zombie rp ( 40-50 people ), NRG 1 ( Had around 60-70 people on a few months ago ). When I first joined Zarp around 6 months ago you may have called me a little bit "Mingy" Over this time personally I have made friends with many people bringing myself into the community further. I personally think I have changed my act towards the ZARP Server throughout the past months to make myself a better "Member". When your known by some people as a "Minge" It's not really worth it since they would not trust you basing, raiding together.

I understand the toughness it is being staff but it is great helping out people and making a change towards the community in a good way, Sometimes staff are not on well guess what us new moderators would be here to help! I think I am not afraid to joke around with people and we all like to have a bit of a laugh at the end of the day. I say what I need to say and I am here to help people out when they need it. I would not use Staff for myself ( Powers ) And I would treat everyone the same as each other and deal with everyone in a appropriate way. I get along with the community in the good way and have met many amazing Ex Staff members and many players throughout my play on zarp. I've been on this community for around 6-7 Months and I still play with around 80% of the players I met when I started.

If I have had any "Flame" With anyone before we could have sorted it out at any time and I'm always open to talk to anyone.

-Able to talk a lot over the mic meaning that sits would be easier other than typing.

I know staff is a tough job but I would love to help this community out in a good not a bad, And keep the players staying on and not leaving or thinking about leaving! As sometimes I hear complaints about staff members here to their, The new moderators fill in the job for times when a staff member may resign or be demoted to fill in spaces and to help out ( Why we applied ) Like I said.

Dedication time... = I can dedicate a fair amount of time around schooldays while having enough time to do the things I want to do, On Sundays and Saturdays I will probably be spending the day on ZARP Unless I have plans because I normally do things on school days, I would still have time to dedicate around 5-6 hours on the server dealing with f1's and then a small space to rp. Around 75% F1'S And 25% RP.
