When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? I can use a ban command for different rule breaks as in, if someone is hacking and or trying to DDOS that would result in a permanent ban for them, when someone is mass rule breaking it wouldn't go as far as a permanent ban as more of a temporary ban, and finally if someone is sending a lot of death threats or racial slurs towards someone after being warned, muted or gagged depending on what he uses would get a temporary ban or I would ask with a higher up admin to see if the rule breaker deserves only a temp or permanent ban depending on how bad the abuse was.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I realised as working as a mod it is a lot harder than people think because moderators tend to seem as an easy target for a group or a single person to cause trouble for, that has happened to me a lot, when a group of friends came on and bullied a player on the server there was only so much I could do, but the main thing is that I had to calm down the player who was getting abused and his friend even after I told them to stop, the thing is I had to rely on the Community Owner as I could not use the ban command and I just did my best to make sure the player and his friends are okay I could've helped by gagging or muting the abusers but I had to focus on one goal at a time as he is only young and my role as an moderator was to keep the players on the server happy, so in my opinion I did the right thing by calming the player being abused down because this has happened to him more than once.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
I think I should be promoted because I am on the server at least 5 or 6 out of 7 days a week I aim to get 1 hour of playtime a day which I am on so I can keep my activity up and look after players, I have got more knowledge on being a staff for the server and what type of rule breakers I may come across so I would be prepared to know what to do as an admin, and this promotion would help me because people would give me more respect as a staff member and they'd think more cautiously before break rules (In my opinion at least) I am a friendly player and I try to keep others happy and speak to people who're newer to the server so they don't feel left out.

That's strange because when I applied for Moderator my game trackers worked then and I had the name of Micky for quite a while, and when I click on the links it works for me never mind then and thanks!
