Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) is where a player kills another player randomly without a valid roleplay reason.

An example scenario is if I was a hitman and went around killing players without hits just because I am a hitman as that does not give me a valid reason to go around and kill players thus is is RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is when you die you cannot go back to, or interact with, the district that you died in.

An example scenario is is I was killed in the fountain district I would not be allowed to enter that district or interact with anyone in that district until the 3 minutes is up.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is using out of character information for in character exploitation.

An example scenario is saying my base is being raided in ooc. Another example is someone saying they are at the fountain and they have a hit so you go there and kill them as a hitman which would be using that informartion which, granted, should not have been said in the first place but it is still considered metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would TP the player that made an F1 and get his side. I would then ask the player in question for his valid RP reason for killing the player that submitted the F1 and if it is concluded that he did not kill him for a valid reason he would get a warn and if it is concluded that it was in fact a valid reason he would not get a warn and it would be explained to both parties and if there was picture or video evidence that would also be looked at and considered.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would tp to the player and ask him what happened. I would then talk to the player in question and ask him where he was killed and if he indeed broke NLR. I would see if either party had picture or video proof and I would examine it and once I have gotten all the information I needed I would either find the accused party guilty or not guilty based on the proof and each parties side of the story.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would tp to him and tell him that is metagaming and that he cannot call for help like that. I would tell him he is free to PM anyone he wants but that cannot be stated in OOC.

Why I should be chosen.

I should be chosen because I am a long time ZARP member and have been staff in the past. . I know how to handle myself as staff and I have a great amount of experience on this server. I am an active player and have respect for the rules and know them well. I have been playing very actively on the servers and am looking to help the community even more by being staff. I have been very active since I have returned and have put a lot of time into this server and am looking to start using that time to help out as a staff member. You AFK your time on the servers so your not really active. I can tell this by your player score in your gametracker. I don't afk a lot my score is only like that because I am playing on a not so good laptop for now until I get my PC setup so I mostly grow or print rather than combat and raid. It's hard to raid with low fps or performance so that is why my score is low not because I am afk, there are many people that see me active maybe it's just a timezone difference with you as I am usually on later. You can't tell everything just from gametracker. Thanks for your feedback though.

After what happened when you were SA (I won't disclose that here due to drama and some of it is NDA to disclose.) I am glad to say I think you have changed from back then, I lik the fact you are going for Moderator and re gaining your trust with the old staff and lead team as only a few know what happened (Current owners and a few members of the Head Admins and Super Admins along with a few admins (me and a few others) if you can prove you won't do something like this again if fully support you applying for admin, if you get accepted I suggest waiting 3 or 4 weeks to apply just to prove yourself.

Thank you very much and I definitely have changed for the better, more mature and laid back. It's good to be back and I'll definitely do those things.
