Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is when a player is killed by another player even if there is a reason unless they are a hitman and they have a hit on their head it is still classed as RDM. A scenario for this would be Player X is going to their base and Player Y comes along and whips out a gun and kills Player X for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is when a player gets killed they have to wait 3 minutes before returning to that district otherwise it is classed as New Life Rule. A scenario of this would be if Player X's base is being raided and they are killed in the raid and then they run back there within the 3 minutes and kill the raider they would be breaking NLR because they returned to the district within the 3 minutes

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when Player X types something in OOC (out of character) that should have been said in either group chat or proximity chat. A scenario of this would be if Player X asks in OOC if anyone wants to base with them. This should have been said in group chat not OOC.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly I would TP them both to me. I would ask Player X for proof so a screen shot or a video of this and if they have it I would review it and then if it clearly shows the RDM I would warn Player Y for RDM and then TP them back to their position before the TP but if the RDM is unclear from the evidence I would give Player Y a verbal warn and then TP them back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would TP them both over. I would ask for evidence if there is none I would give them a verbal warn and if there is evidence I would review it and if it is obvious that they broke NLR then I would warn Player Y however if the evidence is unclear I would ask Player Y how he killed Player X in the time and if he said he sniped him from a distance and did not break NLR I would give him a caution for NLR but would warn him for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would TP to Player X but wait for the raid to play out. After the raid had played out I would TP player X to me (If they die in the raid) and then I would ask why they had Metagamed. If they said they were unaware that was a rule break I would give them a verbal warn and tell them to read the rules. However if they are aware of the rules then I would warn them for Metagaming and then send them on their way

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be chosen to be Moderator because I am going to gain more activity on the server. I know I did just take an 8 month break but I had to for personal reasons/problems but my long breaks have now stopped I'm back for the foreseeable future. I have been active a lot for this past week and a half and I've been on for like 9 hours a day in total and I'm going to keep a daily appearance everyday now that I can. (Ya know school and holidays might force me to miss a day or so on the server but I am starting Year 10 in 2 and a half weeks so that's where school will get in the way) I am a very trust worthy person and I know how to do a sit. I know I did receive 2 warns today but I have made an appeal as they were wrong and shouldn't have been given to me. This will not happen again. I have also spoke to Morgan about this as well. I have spent a long time on the server (parents don't like that fact XD) and whenever I log off within half an hour I'm already back on because I'm just addicted to playing on the server <3. I would love to have the role as moderator because I just feel that Server 2 is falling to bits with the lack of staff presence sometimes and Server 2 is the main server out of the 3 I play on so I am 9 times out of 10 going to be active and helping the server as much as I can. If you read to this bit you're awesome. (XD most of my stuff gets ignored but this community is so great I'm never ignored so thank you guys for being there to give me tips and help <3)
