When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
It is appropriate to use when the player has 5 or warnings are abusing one of Exploits Of Maps Very Rounds Followed

My experience as a moderator was very inspirational know more people, and I think apredi with several people the type if I did something wrong they punished.

Why I should be promoted:
I think the experience of being moderator was very good and also evolves

Your application looks a bit rushed.. I feel you can extent the questions more. For example the ban command, what if someone is avoiding his punishment? Hacking? DDos threads? And none of your links are working..
