Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match means player X attacked player Y without reason.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule means that you can't go to district where you died and you can't remember what happened. Example: Player X raided player Y and player Y goes to his base to kill player X.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming means that you are talking out of character. Example: Hey you come to bank district and mug everyone that will be there !
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask why player Y killed player X, then I would tell him it is RDM and it's not allowed, then I would warn him.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would tell player Y this is considered NLR and then I would warn him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen because I don't like when people break rules. I am very active on the server as well, last week at least 4 hours a day and I plan on playing for long on Zarp because I consider it as best GMOD server that exists. I would do the F1s as fast as I can because I hate waiting on Mod/Admin because sometimes it takes them long time to come and solve it. I also like helping players that are new to the game. I am also active on Steam a lot so if I wouldn't be playing on the server and someone would ask me for help I could help him through Steam and if I would have time (not playing a game for example) I would go on server and help them. I have also read the rules a lot and I think I remember them a lot.

Now I've noticed I didn't write [SSRP] In front of "Mod aplication" :/

I give This A Neutral because i've seen him in-game and he's fucked up like a bit like everyone, like not gonna mention names but a Head Admin Served A community ban and look where he is now, I've seen him In Game but not Alot.

I never got a ban on ANY Gmod server so I don't know what are you talking about and I don't even remember seeing you in game so I think you mean someone else
