When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: When somebody's been warned a few times, and possibly kicked, and they come back and continue, then it'd be appropiate as if they keep coming back every time there's no stopping them but if someone bans them they are gone for a few hours, days etc, and when they come back, if they do, they've hopefully changed their mind.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: Ghosting, Exploiting, Trapsteal, Trapspam, Disrespect and much more. The way my promotion could help is that with more powers there's more chances and possibilities to help the server out and with more powers there's easier/more ways and explicit/needed ways to punish a player for consequences.

Why I should be promoted: As mods and more have seen, I'm a great friend and staff member, I fix mistakes, I dont disrespect, trapspam, trapsteal and all those punishments, I follow orders, I help out other staff with problems, if I get promoted I can help out staff even more with more possibilities and punishment commands, I can stop exploiters easily, I can help out the server more, I know how to use ULX, I dont abuse, I dont argue, I dont disrespect, I respect every single player even if they're breaking the rules, I now always attend meetings unless I am somewhere else, I will always give true compliments and everything like that in meetings and in game, I will tell staff and higher ranks what has happened if they're needed, I will provide screenshots (like I have been), I will always follow the rules and I will ALWAYS ALWAYS love, respect and play on ZARP every. single. day. (Give at least 75 words)
