Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
As a moderator i loved helping people some people dont like doing it but it was really fun helping people as moderator i did allot of f1's and i enjoyed doing every single f1 as an admin i feel like i can help more people as with propblockers and people who needed to be banned for mass rulebreakers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
When there were mass rdmers or propspammers i had to wait for an admin to come to me inable to get them banned and not always an admin came and ltap also when there are rule breakers i need to press tab and look for their name even if they are right infront of me which got really annoying and as a moderator on duty you can't really do much to stop rulebreakers especially if they are mass rulebreaking.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
First of all welcome to the staff team Potato before you start i want to tell you thing about being a moderator you are here to help people and not to ruin their rp and not to abuse your powers and make sure to read the rules carefully and make sure to understand them real good

first things first NEVER EVER punish a guy with his name do it with their steamid to not create any drama and make sure that you got the right guy because missclicks can be made

2nd of all i will tell you about all of the commands you can do as a Moderator
as a moderator you can : Goto,Teleport,Bring,Back,Freeze(only on regular players),slay(also only on regular players),mute globaly which makes it so they cant use their mic ingame and finally you can unban people from a certain job.

These are the things you should have learned by now if not read it again to make sure to understand it because being a moderator is the real deal you can make mistakes but every mistake you make has consequences and remember as becoming a mod you might not be able to rp as much as a regular user

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Me and Jordan have looked at your application we had a deep talk and by this we want to tell you that your appeal has been ACCEPTED!!! for now you will be followed regularly by me to prevent you from doing this again if you do decide to do it again you will be banned permanent and then you wont be able to get an unban

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I feel that i should be choosen becuase as an admin because i love helping people and as a moderator you are strict into what you can do as it comes to using commands. When there are people like mass rdmers and propspammers i couldnt do much but to wait for an admin to come and help me which sometimes no admin even came to help. And i love helping the zarp community. Also as an admin i feel as i can help the people by spectating people regularly to make sure they are not doing anything bad and like i said in my mod application i go for 100% first day i already had about 100 f1's done and i loved that but like i said what you can do is strict as an admin i believe i can do more and this is why i should be choosen for admin.
