RDM : RDM or Random Death Match is where a player kills another player for a non roleplay reason for example, killing someone who just spawned or killing some one in the mines (DarkRP)
NLR : The new life rule is a very important rule in RP servers as it stops players who have been killed (in any way) from going back to their location before death. This essentially stops such things as revenge killing, raiding continuesly and RDMing/CDMing/RDAing
MetaGaming : MetaGaming is also i important part of RP servers as it stops people sending essential information over chat for example, "Come meet me at spawn there's a base we can raid at the warehouses" or "Don't go to fountain im at spawn". A more simple way of saying it is spreading player informaton over public chat channels.

Scenario : Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

My Response : I would ask both of the players their side of the story seperatly, then look for comparisons and clashes when comparing the 2. I would then ask either of them if they have significant proof of the offence (other than console) i would then proceed to warn player Y (and possibly X if they are raiding as citizen etc.) after that has been done i will explain the NLR rule to them both for safe precaution.

Scenario : Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

My response : I would verbally warn player X for meta gaming in the chat first incase he is new to darkrp, if he persists i will warn him for MetaGaming and explain to him (again) where he has gone wrong and what to not do again.

Why i should be chosen :
I will not lie to you and say i will single handedly clean up all the RDMers and general bad players. However i can tell you this i will give you what i thought Zarp needed when i first played it back in 2015, (more) Logical and fair admins. I will be there to support the players i love as i have seen Zarp grow from before it even had custom maps to a haven among terribly ran servers. If you choose me you wont be choosing someone to abuse power YOU will be choosing someone who can help Zarp grow into the beautifull server she has the potential to become.
This is my second application and i have been playing the server more like requested i have been on nearly 24/7 for the past week so i hope i can become a mod as at 5am there is 24/7 rule breaking and i witness it all. Thank you for the response on my last application.
