Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.Well I am experienced as mod, I was mod for around 2 months and a few weeks, And +1 week now which is around 3 months of experience as a moderator. I have been through tough times as moderator and thought it through that I believe in my opinion that I am ready! I do my share of F1'S When I can and will improve a lot more!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around Well I have came around to some users who would not stop, One time this user was reported for RDM, I warned him after all the sufficient and evidence he Rdmed, He got mad and started prop spamming, I froze him and told him to stop, And when I unfroze him he killed me leading me to teleport him back, He started to prop spam again and would not stop therefor I told and admin after I kicked him to ban him, But before and admin stopped being AFK he rejoined and started mass rdming. He was later banned for his actions

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello, This to all the new staff of Zarp. I am making this article so you can learn what to use. When to use them and in what situations with all the commands!

Also staff are here to help out the server and enforce rules for a better RP Experience not to have a harsh punishment for every small thing on the server!

So first off I would recommend always using SteamID to teleport,kick,warn ETC. This saves you from warning a wrong person,Taking someone out of an F1 Etc.

I will tell you all the commands

So First is
F1 Menu

F1 Menu is used to see all the F1'S. To handle a f1 right click someones F1! The F1 Menu also shows you the Loggings where you basically see everything from Kills and Arrests to Car scraps! It also shows recent warnings from the time you joined the server the day!

F6 Menu

F6 Menu shows all warns,By who,When And why.

/TP (SteamID)

This Brings someone to where you are looking and if you do it without using SteamID Or name It will Teleport you to wherever you are looking!

/bring

/bring (SteamID/Name, Brings a player to where you are.

/SLAY

/Slay kills a player, I reccomend only using Silent Which would be /slay (SteamID/Name) 2

/kick

/kick [SteamID/Name] (Reason) Kicks them from the server for a reason. This could be used if someone prop spams and refuses to stop.

/mute

/mute mutes someones chat so they stop spamming when told once!

To find SteamID Go to tab, Click on there name and click steamID And it will copy it.
Also, You can use these command's by clicking them in tab too.

And A player gets kicked after 3 warnings and after 4 a temporary ban.

To use admin chat you can do /// or @.
Admin chat is for help or if you are not sure of something or you need a higher rank member to get something or ban someone.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?So [USER] I see I have banned you permanently and That the punishment is way to long just for propspam. Why Me For Promotion

I do my share of F1'S, I will try improving them Day by day, I feel like I am ready since I have around 3 months of experience because of my recent months of moderation before I resigned and now, I will try getting F1 Count up as far as I can to help around the server. I always have to call admins to remove props,Ban people etc. It would give an easier access for me to help around the server, I am active and friendly to new users and the older ones. I try my best as a Moderator to help around the server! we are in need of more staff and more admins because sometimes server 1 is always having up to atleast 2 f1s all the time except for really early or late at night, I stay up late too so the server will still be good for players to RP And have fun without people killing them every second because of 1 staff who might be AFK Or busy witht the big amounts of F1S Rushing in every second, I remember when I was a user and there was no staff online at 2am but loads of rulebreaks like printers on roofs and I always tried getting screenshots which would make me frustrated and I don't want new players in different time zones to go on and get insta RDM'D So that they leave the server.

Heres why.
Bigwhal was doing a tdm event, I get tped. We get AP and HP. We start my team wins. We don't get our 500k reward. Then he starts a unfair event. Then this happens.

Me: Hey Big I got a question.
Big: Ok
Me: So when will we get our reward for winnin...
Big: Ok I'm going to start.
Me: -_-
After unfair event
Me: (ooc)So Big can we get a reward?
Big: Tps me (Like 10 mins later) Heres your 500k.
Me: Thanks.
Big: *Kills Me Instead Of Returning*
Me: Ya know I was doing something... You could have returned...
Big: Tps me back to the event area for some reason...
Then he leaves me there and I had to console kill to go back...

We always kill people at the end of events I said congrats when I killed You, I tped you to the admin area because you were talking in mic and I didn't hear you then you said nothing so I tped you back to spawn.
