It occurs after your character
dies. Its pretty much that you cant go back to the place you died in before 2 to
10 minutes passes. (depending on the server.) Example: Someone kills you in a raid.
Then you should know that if you go back to the same area you died in before the time
passes, you can be punished.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Its pretty much when someone says
something rp related or something while still rping, in Out Of Character chat. (ooc)
Example: Player X says in ooc chat: HELP! MY BASE IS BEING RAIDED! I NEED COPS!
Etc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed
player x.

First off, i would probably ask if Player x can bring any witnesses or screenshots
for more proof. Because how would i know if Player x attempted to kill player y,
or pulled a gun out, threatened etc.
If player x brings up witnesses or more proof, i would probably warn player y for rdm.
If player x DOESNT bring up more proof, then i would probably let them BOTH go, this
time without any warnings. If something like that happens again, for example player x
accuses player y of rdm AGAIN, i’d check the logs and if the logs say player y killed
player x, id warn player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together
in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would ask for any witnesses, screenshots, again, proof.
That would make it MUCH easier to decide who broke nlr first, and
who actually started the whole thing. (By pulling a gun out, or something
along those lines.) If they both dont bring up any names, i would have to break the case,
and warn them both.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would bring him to me, and explain why you cant do that.
And id warn him. Reason: Metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I personally think i should be chosen because i really like helping people out, and
ive ALWAYS wanted to be an Mod/Admin. I would NEVER abuse anyone, because i think thats
just stupid, and ignorant. Only grown men like Zuthar and LostInPlace and
wannabe cool kids would do that. (My opinion.) Ofcourse sometimes mods or admins
should have fun, but they should NEVER abuse.
Ill leave it for you great people out there to decide whether or not to
accept my application and let me fulfill ’’my Gmod dreams’.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SSRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
